Dalia Naaman

Dalia Naaman was educated at Leicester University where she studied history, before deciding to practice law. She studied law at the College of Law, completing the CPE and achieving a distinction in the LPC. She trained thereafter at Wilson and Co., and qualified as a solicitor in 2002, before joining Reynolds Dawson in 2007.
Dalia has, since qualifying, specialised in criminal defence work. She became a Duty Solicitor in 2003, and regularly represents clients before the Magistrates court, and in police stations. She has conducted cases across the spectrum of criminal allegations, including defending charges of murder, kidnapping, serious sexual offences and drugs offences. She has extensive experience of representing clients at all levels of the criminal justice system, including before the Court of Appeal and High Court.
Since joining Reynolds Dawson, she has defended clients facing serious criminal charges, including allegations of murder involving more than one defendant, historic child sex offences, possession of indecent images, Data Protection offences and allegations of misconduct in public office. She is experienced in representing officers within the criminal justice system, and also in disciplinary investigations and proceedings.
Dalia is currently advising and representing the Personal Protection Officer who is the subject of an investigation into his relationship with the wife of the former shadow Secretary of State, Alun Johnson. Dalia also presently advises the four Flying Squad Officers who are the significant witnesses in relation to the circumstances surrounding the death of David Emmanuelle.
Dalia has developed considerable experience and expertise in advising and representing Police Officers in both criminal and misconduct matters.
