Emily Fraser
Emily graduated in 2001 with a Degree in criminal justice and policing (BA Hons) she is now furthering her studies to become a fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
Following graduation, Emily began working in a criminal law firm as a Paralegal, where she gained her police station accreditation, enabling her to represent suspects at the police station. She accrued considerable experience in dealing with a wide range of offences, from terrorism, murder, and drug importation to minor theft and motoring offences. Emily is now an experienced caseworker, used to fully preparing matters both for the Magistrates Court and Crown Court, and since joining Reynolds Dawson is increasing in her experience in the representation of officers facing misconduct proceedings. In addition, Emily has considerable experience of dealing with “paper heavy” defences, as well as confiscation proceedings. She has also prepared documentation in relation to high costs publicly funded cases.
