Raksha Davé
Raksha joined the firm as a Paralegal in 1992, and has gained in excess of 17 years experience as a caseworker dealing with both Magistrates and Crown Court matters. She is assisted in the preparation of a wide range of criminal cases and misconduct matters, for murder, rape, drug importation, possession of firearms, fraud and sexual offences involving children to theft and motoring offences. Her experience includes the preparation of cases of a complex and high profile nature.
In recent cases, Raksha has developed considerable experience in dealing with the press as a number of the cases that she has worked upon, have drawn attention from the media. These cases include a defendant alleged to have sexual relations with a pupil, an officer accused of historic rape and misconduct in public office, and another officer accused of assaulting his mistress.
Away from the office, Raksha continues her studies to complete her Law Degree, and intends thereafter to qualify as a solicitor.
