Raksha Davé



Solicitor, Raksha joined the firm as a paralegal in 1991 and has gained in excess of 25 years experience in dealing with both Magistrates’ and Crown Court matters. She holds a Master of Laws degree and is experienced in the preparation of a wide range of criminal and misconduct matters of a complex and high profile nature.

Raksha has developed considerable experience in dealing with the press as a number of the cases she has worked upon, have drawn attention from the media.

Raksha has experience in representing clients at all stages of a criminal investigation and Court proceedings. In particular, she is regularly instructed to represent police officers facing criminal and misconduct allegations and regularly advises clients at the police station in her capacity as a fully accredited police station representative.

Away from the office, Raksha serves on the committee for the Society of Asian Lawyers (SAL). In this capacity she lectures students at various universities providing them with guidance in relation to their careers in law. She also organises socials and networking events for SAL members. Raksha also sits as a Governor on the Board of Governors at an independent school and has special responsibilities for safeguarding within that role.
